Osaran

This was an illustration for my Shadow World campaign. Osaran, an Iylar Elf, is the group's nemesis. He administers physical and emotional pain for no reason, kills merely to kill, and destroys things because they exist. He is charming and seductive, however, and that is what makes him truly terrifying. He is pure evil with the face of a handsome, innocent youth - one of my favorite NPC's of all time. I couldn't get the magic effect the way I wanted, but got tired of messing with it.
